The Terminator (Arnold Schwarzenegger) is visiting Ottawa today in efforts to boost support from the Prime Minister to follow similar paths to the California initiative to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.  The visit comes on the heels of Sierra Legal filing a lawsuit against the Federal government for not abiding to its international-binding commitments under the Kyoto Protocol.  Time will only tell if the Terminator (more commonly known these days as the Govenator) can shake things up in Ottawa.
