Mount Thor

Located within the Auyuittuq National Park on Baffin Island, Nunavut, resides Mount Thor.  Named after the Norse god of Thunder, this majestic geographical feature rise some 1675 meters above the surrounding valley.  Mount Thor claims the world’s highest uninterrupted cliff face at more than 1 kilometer.
